They're like a mix of Kraftwerk and Talking Heads. Excellent... Excellent! "I Want To Be With You" sounds like a Leonard Cohen song for sure.

Brilliant!!!

Cant describe how even to this day how Crisp Yello's sound is...

Thank you for all the years from my childhood to now.
I was 10 when i heard the Stella album from my cousin and it changed the way i felt about all types of music even then, when other kids at that time was more into playing football and hanging outside i would sit in playing the spectrum and commodore 64 Listening to Yello, over and over lol.

Legends in the electronic sceen in my eyes..

after the years since this was created i hit the play button today and was reminded of just how good Yello are. The arrangements are breathtaking with the coloration added to their always unique sound awash with orchestral depth and an insane audio palette. i have really enjoyed bringing these ghosts on any dancefloor with me and watching in awe as they have drawn dancers in. The drum sounds are distinctive and real, way beyond anything i can point to as being comparable. Hey, i could go on and on and as djddam put it a year ago - "brilliant!" you don't say do ya? Long may the Yello sound ring out, Dr. van Steiner oooweeee
