Filipinos in general are very good singers. Even David Foster hosted Asia kids got talent. He personally went to the Philippines to help a few singers in the Philippines. My wife and I met a couple of kids singing and playing guitars on Panglao beach in Bohol. It was incredible.
They were also on that show. They didn't win unfortunately but it was amazing we were able to meet them in person.

I'm a singer and there's no mixing or autotune the harmony jesus i love these guys. I wish I was a record executive. They need to get signed. They all work separately AND together that makes them special. To Bianca they probably weren't that many beers in because alcohol because it dries the vocal chords and constricts them. I know from personal experience. I'm a Soprano (highest pitch female) and used be paid by a local church to sing in the choir. Well I got wasted every night for a week and i went from Soprano all the way down to Baritone (mid range for MALES). Let's just say I got scolded by the choir master (it was done in private because when i told him why i couldn't sing what was needed he understood but said not again with a smile. He was a big partier in his day) and I never did it again because it was embarrassing

This is just a normal party celebration & having karaoke is just a normal enjoyment for filipinos. Thats why filipinos are happy people & more fun in the philippines. I myself believe that the type of music we listen to becomes the foundation of our character that we become. And most loved by Filipinos and women alike are ballads love songs. Thus, softening our hearts acceptance becomes easier to accept how things are. I had a room mate when he is exhausted from a hard day's work. He would hum in his sleep. Often he either sings or hums what ever beat or chosen song he sings. Many songs are contagious that gets stuck in ones head influencing the mood of the house we all lived in

It's a normal thing here in the Philippines. Me and my friends whenever we bond we always sing. Birthday, wedding, Thanksgiving or even unplanned get together we always sing.

Well singing is also an expression and raised in a society that accepts singing as part of expression, and not shaming you whether you have a good voice or not, then you get this. Not all Filipinos have good voices but majority like singing. We grew up with it.

It's not a restaurant, there is some kind of family gathering, it looks more of a group of friends celebrating a male friend's birthday bcoz there's a lot of guys in this video, it;s a drinking session. i am Filipino, this is a favorite thing we do, eat, drink and karaoke is part of the party. no wonder we have a lot of great singers aside from well-known recording artists to just singers in a house party and some of them are not yet heard or discovered. Filipinos really love singing, tho sometimes there are some that"singing doesn't like them" but we don't care 🤣🤣as long as we enjoy singing
