calling it now: it'll be just like renegade raider, they let people buy into the remixed pass under the pretense it's the best they're gonna get, and then they'll re-release the OG passes. in the end, it makes them more money.

They’ll come back. It’s gonna be the season shop all over again, everyone saw the new OG pass and said “the season shop isn’t returning.” And then it did 2 weeks later. They couldn’t sell the old battle pass at the start with the remix or no one would buy the remix, just give it time, it’ll be out in 2 weeks. Also, why wouldn’t they have 2 battle passes? They are already running 4 different battle passes at the same time, and we have a universal Xp system, why wouldn’t they have 2? Especially when one of those passes is already ready to go. The fact of the matter remains, old battle passes are still in the files in offer catalog, and we know they wouldn’t drop it at the start because no one would buy the remixes. Plus, remix pass is to make double the money, but also so that OGs who already have those passes have something to grind at. I don’t think this means they won’t return at all, especially since Epic still won't say anything about old battle passes returning. Don't you think if they weren't returning, they would have said so already and silenced this debate?

I'm buying this pass but Fortnite may pull a Renegade Raider and Aieral Assault Trooper bringing back the OG battle pass later on in February

Y’all complaining abt these coming back but just imagine how cool OG styles could be to the certain skins. Like im thinking of drift and Ragnarok maybe they could swap color pallettes I would eat that up if it’s an OG style

to be honest i own this battle pass and it doesn't bother me if they bring these items back its just digital skins that everyone should enjoy, like in COD where they release item shop vaults that bring back blueprints or operators from previous seasons.

They dont tease og battle pass coming back now first they let us all buying og pass and then 2 weeks later they will sell the old battle pass separately without any teasing

Because think about it, if they will bring back both passes same time the most people would only buy one of them and that makes no sense for epic just as how they brought renegade without any teasing

And still ask yourself, why all og bp are in offer catalogue directory, makes sense what im saying right

Me personally think we still need to be patient till the og season 2 drops to see whether the actual season 2 battlepass will back or not.
Cause they remixed the og season 1 skins at first but after that they brought them back ( i know they werent an actual battlepass bla bla bla ... but still they were exclusive.)

I wish the old passes would come back, the only Chapter 1 Battle Pass I didn't complete was Season 8

They will add a Super OG Pass in March, so yes they will return, I am certain of it. Original owners will get a style.

It doesnt make sense to release a battlepass when people already own it, we'd have nothing to grind for the whole season. However, releasing the skins in the itemshop is possible and og styles granted. But the whole battlepass doesnt make sense for the reason I said.

The only good skin in that OG pass is Remixed Black Knight… but the old passes will return, I know it.

Idk why so many people have a problem with this. I have been playing since season 2 and I’m so excited to see the remixed season 2 pass. I really don’t mind Fortnite releasing old skins aswell because I already have the skin at a cheaper price, even if I don’t get OG styles I couldn’t care less. At the end of the day it’s a game, your OG status doesn’t really matter tbh.
