Simply Gareth Bale. Nobody trusted him and he ended up silencing King Power. He needed to lose that fear of injury and play a 90 minute game! The season ended with a double that got us into the European Cups, taking Arsenal out of that place. Thanks Mason for giving it the opportunity! Constant, good assists, goals (what was asked of him), Bale's class is from another planet. Hopefully he can stay in London and Ancelotti doesn't stop him. With Mou he did not fit 100% in the team, but he was always seen with a smile. Son-Gareth the next forward, remember.

Being a barca, The first time I saw bale was in the live Classico match for copa del Rey final and what a stunning run he made. I had never seen anybody simply overtake the opponents like that, he was just gliding through half of the pitch and scored cleverly. I’m a fan since then and he will always be my favourite right winger even though he has lost some speed

Watching this after Bales masterclass against Austria, he’s still very much world class and his stats show it, Jose barely played the guy and he had nearly 25 goal contributions. We’d be stupid not to try and sign him on a free this summer. Can’t rely on him match after match but against low block teams he’s exactly what spurs need
