Reading in-between the lines here (and jumping to a lot of conclusions). They married when she was 20. Sounds like he went through his horrible divorce and decided to pick up a young trophy wife. She probably hasn't gone to college or established a career. He has been in a court battle for YEARS and has a high profile lawyer. Sounds like he is dragging his ex through the ringer. If she decides to divorce him, I can't imagine what will go through his head. He will be in another divorce and custody battle. That concerns me. This woman knows nothing about his finances, has no finances of her own and probably isn't very employable. If she decides to divorce she needs to surround herself with family and get prepared for a long battle ahead.

Question... If she's a stay at home mom and HE wants custody of anither child how does he see the upbringing of that child. And if she leaves him how hard and long will he fight for custody of their children?
Has she been "recruited" as his new wife so he has more chance of full custody and will he do the same with a next wife?
