That first episode had my heart twisting in ways I could not express. This animation taught me so much about myself and my past. I'm so grateful for violet evergarden.

This is honestly my favorite anime of all time, it was very moving and the characters i felt weren't needlessly annoying or pointless, everyone had a place and they played their roles with flying colors.
