The beauty of a game can come from a number of factors. But I really think a major factor is the community. The people in this game are a TREASURE. You can enter a match facing someone like three belts higher than you and there's at least a 70-80% chance they would drop everything they're doing and try to teach you a move you surely don't know of because they WANT you to get better at the game. There are players that will happily use their time (that they can spend doing other shit they find important) to help others learn and improve.

It's beautiful to see a community of people actually be.. well.. a community :D

This game is the game that truly made me see VR's potential, and made me wish that more VR games used motion and gesture spellcasting.

from the perspective of someone who haven't played the game yet (I don't even have a vr set, nor a room that I could dedicated to it without hurting myself on the wrong movement), it seem this gave have a pretty close dynamic to martial art's classes sometime.
especially if you are around the peoples who don't care that much about performance, and more about the disciplines and mastery of the craft.

and that make me sad that I can't play it, because that THE thing I always loved about that kind of discipline.
