I think the recalibration in alien force was the omnitrix finally being online after 5 years and downloading all of the software updates that Galvan Prime would have probably been sending it.

The best way to describe what “recalibration” is that it’s basically downloading a software update. More features, sleeker design, etc. I always headcanonned that, in the five years of not using the watch, Azmuth sent the update but it didn’t update until the AF pilot. And before anyone mentions Ben 10000, remember that after he meets his future self, his future changes (aside from the numerous appearances from him in Omniverse, but we let it slide because we got fusions)

3:24 it’s so crazy that you got this on point idk if you saw the video or not but this is exactly correct. Some CN special airings of Ben 10 over 10 years had “fun facts” appear in slides during the episodes and ppl managed to get a few screenshots and it said that the watch does change as Ben gets older. Also the concept art of ben10k had the omnitrix slowly taking over his body digging into his arm, it woulda be cool to see how the prototype was slowly causing his death if they didn’t switch out/force most of the writers crew smh.

I have a cool Omnitrix idea called The Omegatrix it's an Omnitrix with the features seen from the show like the fusions and the ultimates and all the aliens seem in the 4 shows as well as the 3 aliens shown in the reboot and the omnihanced Omni-kix and Omninaut armors

I think the poltis altaire synced up with the other omnitrix and changed during production as a recalubration recalibrate it by syncicng it boom it is like omniverse watch but sleeker and disent have a very bad jnterface and is on the hand nit the wrist which is an incomplete stringer meanibg themwatch must be a bug bracelet when older now it would automatically give the aliens ultimate form
