Sans win because he would be fighting cuphead's soul and cuphead would have to wait to just attack once. Plus damage doesn't matter here because if these are the game versions then it would only take a few hits to defeat cuphead while sans can just dodge.

Cuphead has strength as he strongest attack does over 130 damage while sans does one and relies on karma!

Cuphead has speed if he has smoke bomb! As smoke bomb is like small distance teleporting and he is also able to dodge literal lightning!

Cuphead has abilities due to the divine relic allowing him to use all of his weapons!

Cuphead has durability as his max hp is 9 and sans has one hp

Cuphead also has stamina as he managed to defeat all of the bosses in one day! So Cuphead easily wins!

Personal opinion. Sans wins extreme diff. He can just cheat his Way through and make it impossible for cuphead to win.

Also fun fact. Sans. Could actually keep dodging after his final attack. He just took a short nap and all his sweat vanished. He only got his cause of a sneak attack

sans beats cuphead because he can dodge he has more experience because he game out is 2015 and the dragons fire would finish cuphead off and he has various bone attacks and despite being weak sans faced chara or frisk layers of reset and the battle shows us that sans is stronger than he seems.
