Kavanaugh and the Divorce process.

Family court can be very unfair to men and fathers. Women falsely accuse men of abuse everyday in family court and get away with it. False allegations are never questioned and never punished.

Men that are victims of false allegations have very limited options. Men seeking the best divorce advice should understand that false allegations are an ugly fact of the divorce process.

The problem is that legitimate threats cant always be proven because there is no evidence. So as long as there is no solution to this problem, there is no way to change the system

99% of the video was great! But am very disappointed in the ending. It is absolute gynocentric bullsht to say this completely flawed system is the best we can do. As with any rule, you must weigh the cost vs. benefits. Is it better to destroy the lives of 1000 fathers (and their children) to make escape from abuse as simple as it can possibly be for 1 woman? Many would say - hell no. That one woman has many options if she is truly in danger at home:
1) normal protections available to anyone who is assaulted, i.e. go to the police and report the crime
2) leave the home and move in with family
3) leave the home and move in with friends
4) remain at home but buy a stun gun for protection
5) remain at home buy buy a gun for protection
6) leave the home and go to a women's shelter
7) leave the home and stay at a hotel (are forced to do this all the time when they are false accused)
