If you look closely at the wood where the punching bag is hanging at clearly see is not very attached all the way not to be mean or rude but that's fake it is not properly secured up there to do a Gevante Davis punch and not trying to be mean or hateful just point out the obvious

Seriously don't use a screw eye to hang a punching bag. You need a proper mounting plate and lag screws. The man has destroyed the wooden beam re hanging that weight bag
