Well I don't know where I got this from but,
I may have heard the thing about muzan forcing douma to devour and kill kotoha, muzan also said that he will turn kotoha into a demon if douma refuse.
Douma didn't want kotoha to turn into a demon Cuz he wants kotoha to be in heaven, so douma just decided to kill her.
I don't know where I got this but I think I saw it in Manga😭
