I just got this laptop. On the first day of having it, it started freezing. The screen would just freeze for no reason at all and would not come back unless I put it to sleep and then woke it up again. The track pad doesn't recognize me tapping on it sometimes, especially in the left lower corner. Called dell support and they couldn't figure out what's wrong with it. Can't decide if I should send it back. I mean spending 2k on something like that you would expect it to be perfect 🥺

My XPS 15 9500 has a problem that rarely, the screen would flicker and only three times did the screen turn pixelated with a lot of colors. As if the screen broke or something. I got freaked out because I got mine in November and thought it broke already. I am very gentle and caring for it. Well, I close the screen, wait a while and when I open it again, it goes back to normal. I don't know why it does that. What should I do?

I totally have an issue with the audio. My Dell ( I bought on 01.2022) had been repaired but it still has this annoying sound - I think it is mostly connected to the bas sounds. Also I had to return it because jack port didn't work at all.

Any ideas on a solution for an issue I have? I have an external monitor plugged into the USBc hub. When my 9510 goes to sleep and I wake it up...it's like it restarted. All apps and windows are closed. EVERY TIME AFTER WAKING FROM SLEEP

Agreed. I had the XPS 15. I sent it back to Dell within the first couple of months. They replaced the motherboard. Track pad seemed fine. After replacing the motherboard, the computer came back in worse condition than it was when it was sent to Dell. Keys weren't working, a message came up saying hard drive was damaged, and screen was going out. Sent it back and Dell replaced the motherboard AGAIN, entire keyboard, the hard drive, and a bunch of other things. I was so over it but they wouldn't give me a replacement. HOwever, I got lucky that the place I bought it from was nice enough to take it back. Even though Dell had replaced everything and it was probably fine and like new, I just didn't want it. Over 2k and all those issues within the first couple of months? And, none of the issues are what you described. Just got a lemon, but disappointing when spending so much money and hours on the phone with techs in Asia, and getting no where, and Dell saying all is good once "fixing" it and coming back worse than before. YES! They need to replace a computer. The store gave me back my money, but now I'm without a computer and all has gone up. That same computer went from about 2k to 2.5k. And the risk....to get another bad computer, and doubtful a store manager will be as nice as the one who helped me because it was just outside the 90 day warranty. Purchased Feb 2020. I believe the 9500 series.
