I have been a Platinum Corporate Salary Account Holder with IDFC for around 2 years now. The Services they provide are best among competition (I have secondary HDFC, Axis, and ICICI accounts as well). As a customer, IDFC hasn't disappointed so far. The Digital Banking features and services they provide would sooner or later turn this Bank to a market leader. No doubt about it.

And If those provisions made on loans if those came back ( As govt will may be pay toll collection authority money, which they generally do but after may be 1/2 years) then that provision will be converted and reversed and again these tv anchors and new investors will say wa kya kamal h o gya. Bank is just being prudent and following Accounting principles with say TOO much Dignity.

My wife and I operate our NRE and NRO accounts with IDFC First Bank, and I would say their service is one of the best in the market. I've had accounts with ICICI, Kotak, HDFC, and Union Bank in the past, but the level of assistance and service IDFC provides is top-notch. I personally believe that if the bank successfully comes out from this phase, it will soon become a market leader.
