Five Year plans are very effective, glad to see china continuing to Plan it's economic Expansion. Just as USSR did and Germany prior.

Five Year Plans are vastly superior to having no plans, ROFL! It isn't just China that do 5 year plans. Other successful socialist nations like Vietnam and Bangladesh are doing the same, and look at where their economies are heading. As Chinese, we should acknowledge the contributions of our former teacher the Soviet Union who inspired our form of government and provided us with their expertise in technology and industrial development. The teacher is no longer there, but the student has grown up, and whether we like it or not, we are now the custodians of Socialism. And we, along with likeminded nations, have a duty to make it work, to promote our brand to the best of our ability, and make our teacher proud.

Never give credit where credit is due, particularly when it involves CPC! No one is saying that CPC govt is perfect!
No mention of how well the last four 5-year plan went i.e. reduction in pollution and poverty alleviation, particularly in rural areas.
No mention of what the new 5-year plan entails!🙄🙄
