I've just decided to start making balloon creations. I'm also legally blind. So far I have managed 4 and 5 petal flowers (but petals are a bit uneven) A giraffe, dog, sausage dog :) and just tried the heart. I had trouble getting he point at the top, even the first easier way you described.

Also, what's your best tip for creating even sized bubbles and sections when needed?

I was making balloon art at a birthday party yesterday. Six little girls, and one little boy (birthday girl's brother; slightly older). Anyway, this heart tutorial came in REALLY handy, because that's what all the girls wanted--so, seven kids, five pink hearts, one purple heart, and one blue dog. That's not counting the ones that popped and had to be re-made, lol.

I have to say it's pretty amazing you can blow balloons up by yourself. I've only seen other balloon twisters use pumps.
