Alex Jones' Lawyer Challenges Judge, Claims Ruling Has No Legal Basis

Alex Jones' lawyer Norm Pattis challenged Judge Barbara Bellis' decision to deny his motion to play the Megyn Kelly interview, arguing that the judge has no legal basis. "There's no there is no legal basis stated. I'm entitled to that under the practice book," Pattis said. "I believe that he argued it for 20 minutes, and I think the record is clear attorney Pattis," Bellis responded.

Should have entered the interview into evidence during discovery. The judge has no obligation to allow any particular thing into evidence at this point in the trial. People can clutch their pearls and call bias all the want, but it’s the reality of how our legal system works.
