V7 sounds exactly the way a great jazz bass should sound. BUT... the P7 sit exactly where an amazing bass should in the mix. And with the P7 you can be a PJ or a straight P bass. 2 for 1. Slight edge P7!

Would love to hear you trying more adjustments on the pickups mainly to hear what the P sounds like with 50-50 on the pickups, etc.

I have the alder P7 because I'm primarily an oldschool groove player. I can hear why a primarily funk player would want the ash.

I have only 2 basses. V7/4. Alder, ebony fret P7/5 S/ash. Maple fretboard. No regrets

V7 for sure, but i am a little biased. I have been playing jazz style basses for over 20 years.

Do another side by side video with different pickup settings, sweeps, etc! The potential Sire owners need to hear the difference. This is a great start but would like to get more of a feel for the versatility between the 2.
