Thanks for the updates.My wife and I are building in Shadybrook and will be moving down and renting in Lake Deaton for a few months before it is finished. The neighborhood that was completed were cottage villas, but the ones that are long and thin and close together are patio villas. The large building that was under construction will be the Saint Tropez recreation center. Thanks again for the video.

Great video. You are the new champion of drone pilot videos. I love how you added the street names and clear “isometric” views. I am intrigued by a “mystery” “Emerald style” model I see in your Well Point video. The front door is recessed 5-8 feet back from the garage. All new floor plan? Hmm.

I know Ottawa after 45 years in Peoria and IL River. Can you do a more significant flyover of the new golf course construction? Have heard great things about it. Much more challenging than Shallow Creek and supposedly will have the “toughest 9 holes” in the villages.

At 3:13, that’s the Village of Monarch Grove to the north of the wall, not Marsh Bend. It’s easy to confuse all the names! 😊

Hello DD Aerial, First….Am “Emerald” is a Patio Villa home, not a Cottage home as you call it. Cottage is a different series .
Second and more importantly…..If you are identifying a home as an Emerald by simply seeing a
separate golf car garage…..Please be aware that the “Moonstone” and “Garnet” models also have the separate golf car garage. The Villages is also currently building those models. Thanks.
