Bringing in a young player who has seen the best of the best and how they approach the game.

Bringing him to a space with breathing room along side of a young player with the exact same experience.

As a Warriors fan I hate to see him get traded. All he does is work hard and play his ass off. He got such a raw deal this last year, and hearing fans speaking badly about him is unfortunate. Seeing a lot of love in these comments at least. From Dray not getting even a slap on the hand for what happened, to constantly being reminded of it, to Kerr having the shortest leash for anyone besides the "big 3", and having to come off the bench while klay is jacking up fadeaway airballs and also not able to guard a chair anymore.... just a raw deal. He's not a world beater defensively, but giving this kid the reins to an offense and building around him, the sky is the limit for him. He'll put in the work in practice and in the offseason, that's one thing his teammates always said about him. Best of luck to Poole, we'll miss you in the Bay. Washington getting a good kid with lots of room to grow.

Washington backcourt is lowkey nice.... Tyus PG and Poole SG.
I can see Poole leading the league in scoring next season with the ultra green light in Washington (as well as leading the league in turnovers - which is why Tyus and him work well, Tyus assist to TO ratio one of the best.)

Ppl seem to forget he averaged 24 ppg when he was in for Steph, I think he plays much better as a starter than when hee on the bench, now on Washington dude will probs get a chance to shine
