Elgon half marathon to advocate for climate action

Participants in the second edition of the Elgon Half Marathon will, among other causes, run to advocate for climate change action when they take to the 21-kilometer course on November 2nd in Mbale district. Organized by the Joshua Cheptegei Foundation and the United Nations Development Programme, the event will also honor fallen marathoner Rebecca.
