2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX: The Ultimate Sport Touring Bike | Engine Upgrades and More Power

The Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX is a new model that offers improved low-to-mid-range performance thanks to a larger engine and new flywheel. It has a larger displacement of 1,099cc compared to the previous model's 1,043cc. The torque has also been increased to 83.2 lb-ft at 7,600 rpm from 81.9 lb-ft at 8,000 rpm.

The gearbox has been updated with longer fifth and sixth gears, and the quick shifter now works at 1,500 rpm instead of 2,500 rpm. The standard Ninja 1100SX has a larger rear brake disc, while the SE model has upgraded Brembo brakes and Öhlins suspension. Both models have the same electronics package as the previous model, including three ride modes, IMU-backed cornering traction control and ABS, and electronic cruise control.

The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX will be offered in a Metallic Carbon Gray/Metallic Diablo Black color scheme, while the Ninja 1100SX SE comes in Emerald Blazed Green/Metallic Diablo Black. The Ninja 1100SX will be available in the U.S. in Winter 2025 at the same $13,699 price as the previous model, with an SE version available for a slightly higher price at $15,399.
