2024-03-06 Strategy and Policy-Facing Call: Challenges in supporting LLMs for research

LLMs are a hot topic in research these days, and RCD program leaders are facing many challenges as they explore what is needed to support various applications of these tools, from data center infrastructure to access policies to when cloud makes sense.
