Our first and maybe the last wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic

When times get dark, love is the only emotion that gives us the strength to keep moving forward. And our lovely couple, Sweatha and Aswin are a true testament to that.

Having finalised their wedding plans in the month of November, they were uncertain about whether their wedding would take place or not amidst the chaos of the pandemic. But more than having a lavish wedding, these two lovebirds decided to tie the knot with just their families present. With a guest list as small as 30 people, distant seating, distant photography and distant buffet — oh boy! What a unique experience it was for us.

Studio 31 was lucky enough to have been able to help them plan and execute their wedding safely, keeping in mind all the safety precautions given by the government and WHO. We might not be able to do the same going forward until there's a proper solution to the situation as safety and social distancing is of at most importance. But this was a small ray of happiness for us during these dark times and we wanted nothing more than to share it with you all!
