Lads come on how dare you forget about the legendary arsenal team of 2026-27 from my football manager save. It had modern footballing legends like Bram Peters, Luis Barral, Leonardo Di Francesco, Fellipo Melegoni and England world cup winning heroes Geslin Diba and Romeo Beckham!

Its a total shame you didn't mention the Bayern München Team in the 70s with Müller, Beckenbauer, Maier etc. They not only won league title + 3 champions league titles, they were also the players (6 in both Final teams ) who won the europe cup 72 and World cup 74. No Team has ever achieved this.

1960s Benfica have a case, 2 Champions Leagues, 6 finals, broke Real Madrid's 5 year streak, beat Barcelona, Eusebio one of the greatest ever. Definetly could be in this list, they are top 10 for sure.

Barcelona made up the Greatest Football team...the style, the success n the passion was incredible...moreover the success of the club resulted to national success too in those years

I can't speak for the entire history of football, only my lifetime (born in '95). The 7 best teams I've ever watched live in real time are:

1. Guardiola's Barcelona (2008-2011)
2. Ferguson's Man Utd (2006-2009)
3. Zidane's Madrid (2015-2018)
4. Guardiola's Man City (2017-present)
5. Klopp's Liverpool (2018-present)
6. Mourinho's Chelsea (2004-2007)
7. Wenger's Arsenal (2001-2004)

2 National leagues.
3 Copa Libertadores.
2 Intercontinental Cups (Beating Real Madrid in 2000 and AC Milan in 2003).

1967 Celtic deserves an honourable mention, that team did something that will never happen again, they won the greatest prize in European football with 11 local lads who all came from within 30 miles of the stadium.

considering which teams revolutionized football tactically and played a great part in modernizing the game....Cruyff's Ajax of 1970's, Sacchi milan of 1980's and Pep's Barca of 2008-12 are the best teams in the history of concepts of total footbal, milan's high defensive line (high risk high reward) and barca's positional play (tiki taka) really contributed to football and changed it.
