Why Many Honkai Star Rail Voice Actors Missing?

Bad news for Honkai: Star Rail version 2.7, as many characters in the Trailblaze Mission lack voice lines in the English dub. These characters include Dan Heng, Himeko, Trailblazer (Caelus and Stelle), Asta, and Robin. This makes certain scenes in the story feel awkward and silent. HoYoverse stated that this issue is due to scheduling conflicts.

Well, I played this game late so Robin finally has voice when the emotional scene happened. But Himeko and Dan Heng is still missing voice :"(

Should also be important to note that Tingyun has a different VA. Probably also caused by the strike but they couldn't leave one of the main focuses of the plot with the character entirely mute.

The robin and sunday cutscene made me realize how important voice acting is, imagine if Robin was voiced, it would've been such a good scene 😢

i did the whole renovation event yesterday and it was so weird, hearing welt pom pom an march speaking normally, and then there’s tb, himeko and dan heng like 🙂

When Dan Heng's voice didnt happen, I thought "Dang, they did him dirty." And then Himeko was mute and I thought "And she got done dirty too..."

I came back to the game and did the quest and robin was voiced!! Hooray! Dan heng Himeko and MC tho 😢

I have seen the same in genshin. Last month it was Nahida's birthday, and 90% of the characters included in the event were mute, included herself

I just had to switch to JP, couldn’t bear the silence in some of the scenes 😭 it’s such a shame because then EN VA’s always kill it. I hope the VA’s get what they deserve and don’t get replaced by AI
