I've never tried to make crazy builds on any of the BL games, I usually just choose whatever perks/skills sound cool to me. Everyone calls Gaige super weak but I didn't have an issue beating the game ~15 levels lower than I should've been. Deathtrap just did the work for me.
And just in case anyone decides to be a weirdo over this comment - No, I don't care about making broken or meta builds. I just want to play the game and have a good time. I don't care if my build isn't optimized. Let me blow things up in peace.

I just started my first ever Gaige playthrough and now i see why people like her so much lmao

You can also do this on Maya and if 2 mayas doing the glitch have the reflect kill skill and shoot a bullet it infinitely increases in dmg as it reflects until you create a nuclear bomb

Back when you could merge weapons I'd merge a vladof rocket, a grog and 3 of the +800% crit damage guns into a gun that comsumes only one bullet per shot. On top of the shield regen you were practically unstoppable and mowing down everything. The only problem was when you get the drunk effect when youre getting beaten down. Vorac was still a pain in the ass but it was a fun fight.
