It's a trap for catching rats. You can buy it at the supermarket. If you want to catch hornets, you should set the trap and put honey on it. Hornets attracted by warning pheromones are captured, and the captured hornets emit warning pheromones.

Place a few tid bits of cut up - hot dogs 🌭 on the trap! They can’t pass up meat! I got bit slightly by a Yellowjacket as I was enjoying my hot dog 🌭 at a bbq! ! It took bite of my finger thinking it was a hot dog! When I felt a bite, I shook my hand and I saw something fly away! I was alittle worried it was a bee, but it was a Yellowjacket!

So! Yeah! GO GET ‘EM!

Usually bee hives are designed to be too small for hornets like that to crawl inside.

This Sticky Sheet is Gangsta. I tried to put one down but caught my fingers on the side.
Only by luck that I got free enough to use hot water to remove it or I would still be stuck to it ...😂😅

I would put some wire mesh so my bees could get pass but the hornets couldn’t.
