Especially is Zero build the captain america shield is OP and annoying, because if your opponent has one as well, it all comes down to timing or you die easily

The shield is dominating in Zero Build, where more battles are mid-range open-terrain coin-toss aim-battles. The stock price of shield bubbles and porta-bunkers is going up, because the best way to deal with the shield one-on-one is with cover. Otherwise, your best bet is to simply sight them in and light them up when they throw the shield and hope that you can take them out before they get 5 hits.
