No 12 year old child should be wearing makeup, regardless of whether they're a boy or a girl. It's way too young. Stop normalising sexualising children. Let children be children, it's a short enough time as it is.

He can wear what he wants in my opinion, he could grow up to be a very famous makeup artist or anything, if he likes and feels comfortable let him do what he wants, is he hurting u ? No so don't bother ur life bullying somebody just because of there looks .
