How to Locate Cell Towers in Google Earth

Locate all radio and cell towers in Google Earth.

Does this only work in USA? I have been trying to find a better way to do this when there is no available telecom tower location data publicly available. For example is there an app (not on a mobile!) for the the PC that will accentuate shadows by a tunable colour whilst washing out the rest? Towers and all other tall objects have shadows.

I'm tryna look for cell towers on google earth i wonder how did he do that he was sure finding all kinds of towers i'm trying to do the same thing
