Russell Crowe has been in some wonderful movies but this has to be one of his very finest! Crowe, Paul Bettany and the entire cast did a superb job of making us feel what it was like to be on this incredibly exciting sea voyage.

They should have stuck to the original story it was not a French ship they were after it was an American ship. Hate it when they change things (Yank film so need to cater to the yank moviegoers) when marketing and or movie studio execs gets in the way of things.
