Now available on ISSIMI's Auction Platform, this 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato is one of just 99 coupes produced from the partnership between Aston Martin and Zagato and shows less than 2,500 miles at the time of cataloging. Delivered new to Los Gatos Luxury Cars in Los Gatos, CA, Zagato is finished in a special paint-to-sample shade called Hyperion Gray paired with black and carbon fiber trim accents around the vehicle’s exterior. The interior is finished in the eye-catching two-tone of Pure Black and Spicy Red Bridge of Weir leather and a full set of matching fitted luggage is included.

Powered by an upgraded version of the V12 found in the Vanquish S, the Zagato produces 580 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque, which allows it to sprint from 0 to 60 in under 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed in excess of 200 mph. This is paired with an 8-speed Touchtronic 3 automatic gearbox, sending power to the rear wheels. Under the hood is a placard stating that this car was hand inspected by Aston’s CEO at the time- Dr. Andy Palmer- and includes his signature as well.

Any car with the famous Zagato “Z” logo on the side is worth paying attention to, and this Vanquish Zagato coupe is no exception. Starting with the best Aston Martin had to offer, wrapping it in an even more stunning body, and only offering 99 examples to the world means this car looks pretty promising as far as future collectability is concerned.

The Shooting Brake is by far my favorite iteration of the Vanquish Zagato. Practical, spacious interiors n luggage space, fantastic engine sounds n of course the legendary Zagato styling. I'd probably straight pipe it though. 😬 These, the One-77 n the road converted Vulcan, Valkyrie, DB5, the standard V12 Vanquish n the DBS are among my most favourite Aston Martins built.

This car has such a pleasing modern aesthetic. That said, I agree with some of the comments about the promotional aspect of this post. It detracts from the artwork, engineering and enthusiast respect this Anglo-Italo creation deserves. But, after all, Issimi IS an auction/dealer. 🤷🏻‍♂️😉 The vehicle was presented well enough, but DTS is a hard act to follow in this domain.
