This is BS. I took a screenshot and you're getting over 1gbe on mobile. I live in Oakland and have Sonic Fiber and a 10gbe setup and from time to time it caps out in 3-5gbe range. So you're telling me mobile can do this? BS

Don't get the all access xbox bundle from Verizon it's a nightmare. So first it doesn't come with a 2 year code for game pass ultimate. It's built-in the xbox. It has a built-in button to claim it. I claimed it a couple months ago and then last week it was canceled by Verizon. Verizon pays it monthly for you so if they for some reason don't pay it gets canceled. Even though affirm the loan company pays them in full and you make payments to affirm. None of my bills are behind. There actually on automatic payments so we don't forget. We talked to affirm they said it's Verizons fault we talked to xbox and they said it's verizons fault. Then we were on the phone, chats everything we could do. Verizon told us to research how to fix it ourselves. Xbox won't do anything they wouldn't even listen the lady just kept saying no when I asked for a supervisor. Samething with verizon they won't get a supervisor either. Verizons way worse though because the asked the same questions on every chat or call so they wanted us to keep repeating the story almost a hundred times at least. Everytime the didn't even understand what I was talking about. They kept saying I'm sorry your confused and really it was themselves that were confused. I got ahold of the middle man company (lift forward) there trying to help but they only work on all access for everyone except Verizon. So there helping me out of kindness. They are the only company that took me seriously. The rest just want you to repeat yourself and then they say I don't know how to fix it. We asked for mabie just give us the money on our account. So we can just pay for thw 2 years ourselves. They said no. So now I feel like I need to be reimbursed for the week I've been without game pass ultimate and all the research and time I did doing Verizons job. It's just been the worst customer service experience of my lifetime seriously I've never had a company treat me so bad. We've been with xbox for 20 years and with Verizon for 6 years. It doesn't matter to them at all. They want new customers not take care of the loyal customers

I have three kids, I want to get each one of them their own Xbox so they don’t fight over it. If I get this Xbox all access, can they all share it or do I have to get 3 different subscriptions?
