I have had this done and struggling with the feeling of an elastic band through the wrist and my wrist has hardly any movement - any advice?

Will the tendon heal by itself after being cut by half ?
if not then isnt it better to shave down both bones and put a metal cap instead of removing the damn whole bone ?

I had mine done seven Months ago, it was the worst decision l have ever made, the pain is ten times worse than before... 😢
