E.l.f. has been on fire for making affordable dupes recently, like The only, ONLY, difference I can see when you applied the Fenty gloss is that it’s shinier. But if you didn’t see the application, they look super identical

as someone who used the elf lip stains for a year, they do NOT last. sure they look great but they do not, I REPEATE DO NOT last. will be trying the fenty one as it seems to have more lasting power.

The only thing I saw that was different, is that you had to go over the Elf shade more than once, where for the Fenty it went right on w/ full opacity from the first swipe. Which means in the log run you'll likely use less of the Fenty one per application and it may last you longer that the Elf one.

I knew it. I was looking at the fenty because I was new to lip stains and I liked the idea of a stain that won't dry my lips. Then I looked at elf and was satisfied. Have Spicy Sienna and Berry Queen(?) I know it starts with Berry. Saved my money. Thanks for the video. Tempted to get the pinkies up or power mauves.

i just wanna say that koreans have been doing lip stains for years (way before YSL). if yall want more colors and amazing formulas, my go to Romand and Etude House. BTW love the video ❤❤❤

Most likely!! Urban Decay just did the same with their Lip Bond that's similar to Maybelline's Vinyl Ink.
