Making Gianduia Fondente from start to finish. This superior Nutella made with real Dark Chocolate with a balanced ratio of Roasted Hazelnuts makes this an extra punch. Fantastic to have on some bread, toast, pancakes, waffles or made into a mousse. Enjoy it however you want !!!

Recipe Breakdown

160g Roasted Hazelnuts
160g Caster Sugar/ Icing Sugar
160g 70% Dark Chocolate
1 pinch Sea Salt

*** Can be stored in the fridge for a longer shelf life but will harden.
You can microwave it if kept in a glass jar. Don't microwave it for too long.
30 seconds and then check from there.

I tried the recipe and it came out delicious, though a little too sweet for my taste. Also the canter sugar left a bit of a grainy consistency - do you have any ideas on how to avoid that?
