Look, for your tallest minifig. The first two Garmadon peices, the Original and the Suit version are the same piece. The original all black one just has the arms face the opposite side from where the arms face in the suit version

For the tallest Lego minifig use woody’s legs/ avatar legs they are ridiculously long also the arms work too
