The only way to get tusk is through charged arrows so he must have gotten it on his main and traded it to his other account since the other account is only lvl 1 as we saw at the start of the vid

Here's a Tip, Don't do the Kakyoin quest, killing Jotaro twice from the DIO quest is faster and it gives more EXP than the kakyoin quest

My SPSO is legendary and i use it with hamon. C deal 815~ damage and V deal 82~ damage per punch (my lvl at this time is 140)
