Does lipstick color change according to skin tones? I have blush basin and on my lips the color does not appear as one in the video

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM -
The fact that I can't tell what these swatches would look like on my lips makes it difficult to determine which shades would be best suited for fair/light skin tones. I wish this swatch video would've included a broader range of skin tones (lighter & deeper) instead of throwing in a measly arm swatch at the end :-/ although I suppose arm swatches are better than no swatches.

We've clearly seen a rise in brands swatching their products for consumers to get a better idea of the shade ranges they put out which is great, (and certainly long overdue!) However, if the product is not swatched on the area of where it's meant to be applied, it simply isn't a good indication of how it's going to translate to the face.

I hope that you take the time to view this comment and take into consideration the points I've mentioned here so that the next swatch video is more inclusive in order for all skin tones to get a better, more accurate reading of the shade ranges put forth by the Burt's Bees brand! Thank you.

Awful swatches. I e watched other videos and those lips on that person - the lipstick isn't even distributed fully. I'd take this down. Her lips are purple -
