I love seeing these initial reveals and seeing the designer explain the set and their thought while designing. Their justification for not making it a modular actually makes a lot of sense

Beautiful model! But to me it overlaps too much with the Friends botanical garden, which is amazing, cheaper, and with a much smaller footprint.
