Been waiting AGES for this episode. Every time I see that one corner of the fort sticks out onto the beach, it makes me wonder how far it eroded. Great upload!

Can you imagine how they must have felt in the 1600’s with the violent storms we get here in the states? Great work team Jamestown!

Find it interesting that old maps show the high point where the church now stands as being 12 feet above sea level. In 1948 the maps showed the same thing. As did the 1960s update and....wait for it, wait for it...the 21st century typographical maps shows the same 12 foot elevation above sea level. Hmmmm

I also have been concerned about the erosion of that wonderful towne.
