Woman born without arms earns pilot license, Guinness World Record

Jessica Cox was born without arms but that hasn't held her back from driving, surfing or even flying. 23ABC's Stephen Hicks reports.

Jessica Cox has been facing her fears for years. What makes it incredible is that she's doing it without hands. Jessica Cox uses her feet to fly.

She was born without arms but says she's always been an adventurous spirit and can't be held back. "Part of me really takes it on as a challenge when someone says oh you can't do that you don't have arms."

It's clearly motivated her because she has learned how to drive, surf and fly a plane. She does the same thing with her feet that most people do with their hands. By earning her pilot's certificate to fly sport planes she became a Guinness record holder.

She said she wanted to fly because it was her greatest fear. "Ever since I was 5 and I took my first flight I was terrified but I wanted to overcome that fear. Eleanor Roosevelt said to identify your greatest fear and walk directly at it," Cox said.

Who says you need arms to fly but if you're going to fly and it's an enemy you better arm her up we better have good armor thank God for that Merry Christmas outstanding work an inspiration to us all and to those who are you are not an inspiration well let's work on them and Merry Christmas to them and all of theirs as well everybody deserves a chance don't you think?
