I know a lady who had triplets.
She was a petite thing, everyone was shocked.
She was on bed rest for 7 months if I remember right. They didn't want to risk her letting that weight shift Down too much and end in premies.
Other than the torture you can imagine being stuck laying on your side and back for 7 months, it was a very healthy pregnancy and beautiful children who are well into young adulthood now.

Fertility drugs did some crazy things and luckily now they can't put as many embryos back with IVF.

As the reality is stil grim for multiples and you only hear about the ones that made it, many more will have lost all the fetusses after maybe refusing to reduce the number. And many premies have life long health complications.

Tall woman often have more twins though, I expect they simply have more room to make it safer.
