There is so much to love about this scene. The animation is terrific and the simple character moments are great. It is so adorable watching Freieren reading her book while kicking her feet, then getting really excited to show Fern what she got Stark. Then that damn "Anya smile" lol. Top that all off with Frieren losing her top haha

Smug Frieren is smug. That whole scene is beautifully directed and animated (and from some pretty basic, static manga panels). People go nuts over Fern's catwalk, but Frieren eagerly getting up and jumping off the bed was just as good, if not better.

The animation of Frieren waving her legs up and down was so interesting cause its something people do, but something you would never see animated. And Frieren does from an interesting angle. Then she flips over as one continuous shot. Lots of other moments like that in Frieren like Stark putting on his shirt. Such an amazing show.

Edit: For 6 months I've been adamant on keeping it vague which part I was referring to for shits and giggles, but I'm just gonna say it - it's the part where she rummages through her stuff and says "Something very special" in a funny way with a cheeky smile. Honestly, I'm too scared to think whatever you people were thinking of.
