To play devils eggvocate, it's a lot easier to paint your own skin colour. People are more lazy then prejudiced, though one can lead to the other. I have been painting for years and only just bought a model that I realized was obviously going to be dark skinned. Many white people have more experience painting green skin than brown. That's unfortunate but...
I suppose it's systemic bias, not systematic bias.
