Of late I have been finding my fun living out of a "van". Just a cheap T1 hauler, a cheap T1 frigate, and a willingness to find a system on the map and say, "I want to go there". Meet the locals, learn to make your ships do multiple things, avoid pirates, it's great. Do I make isk off of it? Not really. Making money isn't the point! It's just making my own fun.

Great video! I like your approach to the content EVE has to offer, it's the same advice I give to people in Star Citizen: best way to make money? The loop you enjoy the most! Why? Because it's the thing you'll have the most fun in and so it's the path that you can attain the longest

Played Eve today, I actually fitted my free Imparior, gave it Sansha crystals, Gatling pulse lasers, armor rep, scram, and a web drone. Slapped a Punisher around like a ragdoll, ticked off a Coercer went toe to toe, stable cap. I call it the Blood Priest. Very enjoyable.

You might find that you like making your own ship with fittings by mining it all and go PvP losing it, rinse repeat.
I do that.

Tons of ways to play: I used to make money with the Signal Cartel by creating routes to visit lore and player sites of interest.

Since the egg hunt won't occur again this year. It was the only place I knew that the BPC had a chance to drop.

Small comment, I don't know how well it all works out for comparative profitability, but mining missions are about earning LP. You are mining store rewards, not ore.
