Lance went from like the single neediest pair in the game to a devastating nuke and dps almost completely self-sufficient (just needs speed or gauge support which he thankfully can get from like Lucas who you'd be running with him anyway). Tested him out and "makes the game funny" is definitely accurate.

I agree of all new units put on it overall.
All galarian champions are top tier, obviously wasnt a big surprise. Marnie argaubly the best striker in the game, i still think ash is the best striker considering red makes him so much better.
Bede top tier support, one of the best support in the game (in my opinion the worse masterfair support and yes every masterfair support is broken). I still convince champion calem is the best especially now with champion marnie in the game. As you mention make leon so much easier to use it on top of be both galarian.
Champion Hop makes so many old fighting units so much better like bea (also be a galarian) get the buff from the master passive and wally, this units in my opinion makes also SS aura chyntia so much better as well and even lower fighting type units.
Lance as you said was already very nice because of hyperbeam but require too much set up and now with the new synch grid expantion is selfsefficent on 3/5, 4/5 he got the heal when you using the trainer move and on 5/5 you can max out all his stats if you want on top of having another multiplier on dps. The cooldown reduction too much situational. This unit become so good and im happy about that, like chyntia or adler etc...

The only probably change i would do it, is putting jasmine and ampharos on the highest tier on support. That unit is crazy good and most of the time you going to synch with her (getting the mega and also offensive buffs). I defently think is better of most of the units on that tier imo, is defently better than lilie and poltegeist for example. To me is kinda at the same level of sonia as support, if sonia is up there i defently think amparos should be there too.

I think that ss lusamine should stay in the highest tier since she is easily the best psychic damage dealer (ss steven is in hybrid). She does so much damage and only gets stronger with new units.

this new tier ala "makes the game boring" doesn't make too much sense both existing in general and what it really means to me.
I read that and think "oh the units are so op you can win 2k MM any level with eyes closed and letting enemy sync" but then that wouldn't make any sense cause the actual definition would fit moreso for units like Ash, SS serena/lysandre/Hilda and Neo champ marnie, basically the ones in extremely funny tier.

Top tier and these 2 tiers above it needs new names honestly S- S S+ or just S+ SS SSS, something easier honestly

One thing I don´t understand is why SC Diantha and Champion Hop are in different categories. Looking at their kits I would say that Diantha could fit even better on hybrids rather than damage dealers, specially because the drain on defenses

Finally got Champion Marnie today; hitting pity doesn’t feel good but at least I had candies saved for her. Immediately got her 3/5, EX, Level 150. Using her in Champion’s Stadium feels like cheating.

I have a question - is it worth Breeding 1* Eggs ? I'm thinking it will give weaker Pokemon, maybe a Magicarp so I can have a Gyarados but should i only breed 3star or 1star & 2stars are Good too ?

What changed for Lance between the last tier list and this one? Is it only the 5/5 self buff? If so, I don't think that's worth jumping up 2 tiers. He already had a fantastic grid boost from last time. Sure, a one-click +6 atk/s.atk is strong, but I don't think that alone (plus a few other mediocre 4/5 and 5/5 nodes) should boost him to top tier.
