May is Lupus Awareness Month - Part 1

May is Lupus Awareness Month. It's a disease that not many know about. Celebrities such as Toni Braxton, Oleta Adams and the late Michael Jackson have been diagnosed with the disease.

Lupus Drive is an initiative that aims to educate people about the illness and also rally support from government. This morning we spoke to Kgali Tshabalala who is a lupus patient, Pontso Moiloa the Founder of the Lupus Drive and Yvette Patchapen who is the Rheumatology Fellow at Charlotte Maxeke.
