hindi naman issue yung kung paano magbayad or kung paano magconfirm. una sa lahat, may payment confirmation email talaga pag nagbayad ka na. pero and problema eh yung appointment code email ang hindi dumadating. misleading naman nung video

Nabook and paid na po yung Passport Appointment nung June 21 thru gcash pero until now wala pa din yung file na dapat ipaprint. Pero may email si DFA na successful na yung payment and nagsend na din sila ng Pre-Booking Confimation nakalagay don na nakapag reserved kana ng slots for the date of June 29, 2023 may naka indicate na din na appointment code. Yung pinaka final booking confirmation and yung file pa po yung wala?

Please cancel your previous appointment to book a new appointment schedule" eh wala naman po ako narecieved na email and Online payment na sana process ko po ano pong gagawin ko?
